Who runs the cases
The legal side of Migrara is run by a lawyer working exclusively in immigration law. That specialization is deliberate: the Migration Law is recent, the rules under it change frequently through resolutions and ministerial orders, and keeping up with that is not compatible with general practice.
In practice, what decides an immigration case is rarely the rule in the abstract. It is knowing which document a specific unit tends to require, which evidence of a stable union convinces, and which legal grounds are strongest for a case that fits three of them at once.

Why we exist
A foreign national arriving in Brazil faces a double asymmetry: a legal system they do not know and a language in which they cannot be precise. The result is predictable. Cases filed on the wrong grounds, certificates that expire before filing, registration deadlines missed by people who had the approved visa in their hand.
None of that is a lack of effort on their part. It is the lack of someone to translate a bureaucratic requirement into a clear list of steps, in their own language, and to carry the case through to the end.
That is the work Migrara does. We do not sell a promise of approval, because no serious consultancy can guarantee the decision of a public authority. What we deliver is a correctly prepared case, which is what genuinely raises the chance of approval and cuts the time.

We work with individuals and also with companies that hire foreign professionals and need to run the work authorization and the residence of the person hired.
Service is remote and reaches the whole country, as well as clients who are still abroad planning the move.
